ASSISTANT STOCKROOM MANAGER, Enschede

Assistant Stockroom Manager Join our team as an Assistant Stockroom Manager where you will own the stockroom and operational flow of the store, ensuring efficient product movement from delivery to the shop floor and supporting overall store performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee stockroom replenishment, organization, and delivery processes, aligning with company standards and adapting to daily challenges.

Manage stockroom layout and capacity, continuously improving workflows and productivity to optimize operations and support commercial results.

Coordinate with the Operations Manager, Store Manager, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment between stockroom activity and shop floor needs.

Administer key operational areas such as RFID, stock accuracy, and online storage, ensuring effective use of systems and processes.

Lead, motivate, and support the stockroom and delivery teams, setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and driving accountability and teamwork.

Maintain operational standards, support security procedures to reduce stock loss, enforce Health&Safety practices, and contribute to sustainability commitments.
