Requirements
Trade Test Certificate as a Millwright
Proven experience in a coal wash plant or similar mining environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
Knowledge of plant equipment and production processes
PLC and automation experience advantageous
Understanding of mining health, safety, and environmental regulations
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required
