you go for both growth and bonding: half of your week is spent chasing new clients, the other half is spent building long‑term relationships. Sounds like your game? Time to flame.
Organization Goodmorning is an established name within the Dutch staffing and secondment market. From the head office in Etten‑Leur, the Netherlands, they take care of about 2,500 active temporary employees in greenhouse horticulture, logistics, technology and food industry on a daily basis. No complicated structures, but short lines of communication and a hands‑on mentality. The team is committed, straightforward andalways on the move. Here you get the space to do what you are good at, and to become even better at it.
Function You open doors and keep them open. You spot opportunities, call, visit and translate needs into a concrete proposal. Once the contract is complete, you ensure a tight handover and remain the point of contact to grow the partnership. Your week is precisely balanced: 50% new business, 50% relationship management. Think pipeline building, following up on quotes, rate and capacity agreements, periodic customer calls and actively thinking about additional deployment or pool building. You work independently, but are never alone. With the New Business Manager and the intermediaries you will form a close team that goes for results and fun.
Job Requirements
MBO/HBO working and thinking level
Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within a similar industry
Good command of both Dutch and English
Driving license B - you are often on the road to prospects
Commercial drive and a positive, results‑oriented attitude
Offer
A gross monthly salary between€3000,- / €4000,- based on your experience
