Responsibilities Quality Process

Monitoring product quality performance, trends and customer feedback

Consolidating quality insights and following up on recurring issues

Assisting in escalating structural concerns to suppliers or internal teams

Communication&Alignment

Sharing weekly quality updates with Quality Inspectors, Operations, and Commercial

Acting as a first point of contact for operational questions regarding quality expectations

Preparing clear summaries and materials for internal meetings or supplier discussions

Team Planning&Daily Structure

Coordinating daily priorities for Quality inspectors and ensuring smooth task execution

Supporting onboarding, guidance, and alignment of Quality team members

Process Improvements

Helping refine and document quality workflows and routines

Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and consistency in daily operations

Product sampling&competitor benchmarking

Coordinating sampling activities (ordering, preparation, follow-up)

Analyzing quality issues directly on the product, identifying the root cause

Consolidating results and helping identify areas requiring further attention

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Food Safety and Quality Management or related field is preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in Fruit&Veg quality or a closely related field

Strong organisational and coordination skills

Excellent communication abilities; clear, structured and objective

Curious and willing to learn about fruit&veg quality processes and supply chains

Hands‑on, proactive, solutions‑focused attitude

Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

Working location is in our Distribution Centre in Geldermalsen

Comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
