As Commercial Controller Netherlands, you take full ownership of the commercial financial performance for the Dutch business. Operating as a trusted business partner to the Sales organization, you translate data into insights and drive commercial decision-making, directly influencing growth and operational excellence.Tasks and responsibilities: Manage the Sales P&L for the Netherlands, delivering accurate management reporting and clear performance insights Analyse revenue, margins, and commercial KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities through variance analysis Act as strategic advisor to Sales and Commercial teams, supporting decisions on pricing, promotions, and commercial strategyLead budgeting and forecasting cycles, building financial models to support growth and performance improvement Play a key role in tenders and commercial business cases, translating financial insights into actionable recommendations Identify opportunities for improvement and drive process optimisation within commercial financeStrengthen data quality and reporting structures to enhance decision-making across the organization The offer
