As a Commercial Controller, you act as a true business partner: translating numbers into insights and playing a key role in driving commercial growth within the frozen division and international operations.
What are you going to do? As Commercial Controller Netherlands, you take full ownership of the commercial financial performance for the Dutch business. Operating as a trusted business partner to the Sales organization, you translate data into insights and drive commercial decision‑making, directly influencing growth and operational excellence.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Manage the Sales P&L for the Netherlands, delivering accurate management reporting and clear performance insights
Analyse revenue, margins, and commercial KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities through variance analysis
Act as strategic advisor to Sales and Commercial teams, supporting decisions on pricing, promotions, and commercial strategy
Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, building financial models to support growth and performance improvement
Play a key role in tenders and commercial business cases, translating financial insights into actionable recommendations
Identify opportunities for improvement and drive process optimisation within commercial finance
Strengthen data quality and reporting structures to enhance decision‑making across the organization

Job requirements:
Minimum five years of experience in commercial controlling, FP&A, business analysis, or management reporting
Proven experience within commercial or sales‑driven environments
Strong affinity with tenders, pricing strategies, and sales controlling
Advanced analytical mindset with ability to translate numbers into business impact
Demonstrated experience in business partnering with Sales teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent in Dutch and English
