You will be the operational backbone of this expansion, ensuring that products move seamlessly from the warehouse to the shelves of major European retailers. As a Retail Specialist, your mission is to manage the end‑to‑end operational flow for the German‑speaking market. Your performance is directly linked to order fulfillment accuracy and the optimization of the supply chain cycle. Order Management&Coordination:

Execute and monitor complex retail orders, ensuring compliance with specific customer requirements and delivery windows. Logistics Liaison:

Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, and external transport partners to solve shipping bottlenecks and manage international deliveries. ERP Administration:

Maintain data integrity within the ERP system (Exact Online/SAP) to ensure smooth product flow and financial tracking. Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the primary operational point of contact for retail partners, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high standard of service. What you should bring

We are looking for a professional who thrives on coordination and finds satisfaction in "getting things done." Must‑haves

Languages:

Fluency in German and English, with at least a B2 (conversational) level of Dutch for internal collaboration. Experience:

A minimum of 2 years in FMCG, Retail Operations, or Order Management. Technical Proficiency:

Hands‑on experience working within ERP systems. Mindset:

A structured, proactive approach with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting. Nice‑to‑haves

Previous experience working with major retailers such as EDEKA, Rossmann, or dm. Familiarity with Markant systems. Direct experience in SAP and international export logistics. What’s in it for you?
