Assistant Store Manager, Gouda

Position Assistant Store Manager for the new store in GOUDA (planned July 2026).

Responsibilities

Together with the store manager you are responsible for achieving the KPIs and monitoring the budgets.

Responsible for sales, stock results, personnel planning and personnel policy, with recruitment as a major role.

Serve as an example for your team by motivating, inspiring and developing them through training and coaching on the job.

Guard the New Yorker concept and, with your commercial insight, creativity and product knowledge, keep the store looking representative.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as an assistant manager managing a team, preferably in fashion retail or hospitality.

A flexible attitude and love for a dynamic working environment.

A team player with empathy, a hands‑on mentality, communicative and customer‑ and service‑oriented.

A passion for fashion, knowledge of trends and identified with the New Yorker brand.

No difficulties in starting a conversation in Dutch or English; German is a plus.
