Job Description

The Enterprise Account Executive works for the new business sales team of insightsoftware and sells the market‑leading EPM product suite to the CFO department. The Enterprise Account Executive sells the entire Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite — including solutions for FP&A, budgeting, planning, consolidation, tax and disclosure management— to prospects across a wide range of sectors. The primary focus is on driving sales in the Benelux market. The Enterprise Account Executive qualifies, manages and closes new opportunities through inbound and outbound sales initiatives, works with Business Development Managers, Solution Engineers,Product Specialists and other teammates, executes every phase of the complex sales cycle at the highest professional level and helps further develop our Go-To-Market strategy.Responsibilities

Prospecting new business by researching to identify key decision makers and influencers within target accounts. Collaborating with Business Development Representatives to generate initial customer interest and schedule introductory discussions. Discovery: questioning prospects to understand their business models and pain points that insightsoftware can solve.Presentations to clients: using insights from discovery to give a compelling demo of the insightsoftware EPM solution and build client confidence. Objection handling: skillfully finding objections and removing obstacles or eliminating barriers to obtain commitment, and understanding the difference between procrastination and an objection.Negotiating sales: facilitating successful outcomes to optimize profitability. Closing sales: leading the sales process to closing by demonstrating the superior value proposition of the insightsoftware EPM platform. Forecasting: providing consistent and accurate future‑oriented information via pipeline analysis.Sales strategy planning: planning and executing a sales strategy with targeted actions to close sales. Client contact record: regularly and timely updating CRM tools. Internal resource optimization: gathering internal support to approach an account. Acquiring product knowledge via training, mentoring sessions, and consulting with internal departments.Qualifications

An Enterprise Account Executive who has successfully sold enterprise software solutions to finance departments, CFOs, and financial directors. Experience with or knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions is a plus. High motivation, excellent communication skills, quick learning ability, and the drive and adaptability to succeed in a fast, results‑oriented, and rapidly evolving environment.Use of MEDDPICC or other current sales methodologies. Preferably a bachelor’s degree. Fluent in Dutch and English. Additional European languages are a plus. Compensation

The salary range in the Netherlands for this position is€156,000.00 to €195,000.00 per year. Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non‑sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target. We are committed to pay transparency andfair compensation practices.
