Groningen Your responsibilities
Support the development of messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for our Doxis product portfolio, working closely with the Head of Product Marketing and senior colleagues
Help create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, data sheets, battle cards, and use case descriptions tailored to different audiences
Contribute to product launches, feature updates, and partnership announcements by preparing content and coordinating across teams
Support competitive monitoring and help maintain our competitive intelligence platform, contributing to regular reporting and analysis
Assist in preparing materials for analyst briefings and product evaluations (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape)
Support the development of partner-facing marketing materials, co-marketing assets, and joint value propositions for our strategic technology and channel partners
Help position our integration narratives (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft ecosystem) and coordinate partner enablement activities, including marketplace content
Create content in English or German, from data sheets and blog posts to product narratives that translate complex, technical capabilities into clear value for business audiences
Your Profile Qualifications:
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Technical Writing, Journalism, IT, or a related field– or equivalent practical experience
0-2 years of professional experience in marketing, product marketing, technical writing, or a related role in a B2B tech environment (internships and working student roles count!)
Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German is a nice-to-have. Additional languages such as French, Dutch, Polish, or Portuguese are a bonus
Basic familiarity with the B2B software world is helpful, but not required; we’ll bring you up to speed
Competence with common tools like PowerPoint and Teams, and ideally some experience with marketing platforms or competitive intelligence tools
Personal Attributes:
Genuinely curious about technology, markets, and what makes customers tick
Good at making technical content interesting, in writing and in person
Proactive: You look for ways to contribute rather than waiting for instructions
A team player who can also work independently
Not afraid to question how things are done and suggest a better way

You’ve built a solid understanding of our product portfolio, competitive landscape, and key customer use cases
You’re independently creating sales enablement materials and product collateral that the team and field organisation actively use
You’ve contributed to at least one major product launch or analyst evaluation cycle
You’ve developed productive working relationships with colleagues in product management, sales, and our partner ecosystem
You’re bringing new ideas to the table, whether it’s a better way to structure a battle card, a fresh angle on partner messaging, or a competitive insight nobody else spotted
