Manager Teelt&Productie

zet je jouw ervaring en passie in om onze indoor cannabis-teeltactiviteiten te leiden. Je diepgaande kennis van horticultuur, bewezen ervaring in hoogwaardige gewasproductie en sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten stellen je in staat je team succesvol aan te sturen en consistente opbrengsten te realiseren. Dit is een praktischeén strategische rol, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor de volledige levenscyclus van de plant en het optimaliseren van elke fase — van propagatie tot post-harvest.

Wat Je Gaat Doen

Leidinggeven aan alle aspecten van indoor cannabis-teelt: propagatie, vegetatieve groei, bloei, geïntegreerde plaagbestrijding en oogst. Ontwikkelen en implementeren van SOP’s om consistentie, efficiëntie, compliance en productkwaliteit te waarborgen. Aansturen en coachen van teeltmedewerkers; taken toewijzen, roosters beheren en een cultuur van verantwoordelijkheid en teamwork bevorderen.Monitoren van klimaatomstandigheden (licht, CO₂, temperatuur, luchtvochtigheid, etc.) en datagedreven beslissingen nemen om plantgezondheid en opbrengsten te optimaliseren. Nauwkeurige teeltadministratie bijhouden: plantgezondheid, groeicycli, voedingsschema’s, IPM-maatregelen. Samenwerken met post-harvest, genetica- en verwerkingsteams om productiedoelen af te stemmen op bedrijfsdoelstellingen.KPI’s, productiemetingen en gewasprestaties bijhouden en rapporteren aan het leiderschapsteam. Zorgen voor een sterke focus op veiligheid, netheid en naleving van regelgeving in alle activiteiten.

Nauw samenwerken met het compliance-team om ervoor te zorgen dat alle teeltpraktijken voldoen aan lokale en nationale regelgeving. Op de hoogte blijven van trends, technologieën en best practices in de sector om de operaties continu te verbeteren.

Veiligheidseisen

PPE (persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen) kan vereist zijn bij werkzaamheden die risico’s kunnen vormen voor gezondheid of veiligheid. De onderneming verstrekt alle benodigde PPE. Medewerkers worden getraind in het correcte gebruik. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het melden van defecte, beschadigde of slecht passende PPE aan je supervisor.

Deze functie werkt zowel in een professionele kantooromgeving als in een teeltomgeving. De rol maakt regelmatig gebruik van standaard kantoorapparatuur zoals computers, telefoons, kopieerapparaten, kasten en faxen. Enig zwaar tillen kan vereist zijn. Buigen en strekken wordt verwacht.

Wat Jij Meebrengt

Opleiding

Een diploma in Horticultuur, Agronomie, Plantwetenschappen of een gerelateerd vakgebied is een plus.

Ervaring

5+ jaar ervaring in een kwekerij of kas. Ervaring met het opschalen van teeltoperaties of het managen van grote indoor faciliteiten. Begrip van genetica, weefselkweek en fenohunting-processen. Ervaring met moderne teeltsystemen in high-tech gecontroleerde omgevingen.

Argus, Priva, GrowLink, Ridder). Sterke leiderschaps- en organisatievaardigheden; in staat meerdere teeltruimtes tegelijk te managen. Datagedreven werkhouding en uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden. Bereidheid om flexibel te werken in een snel veranderende omgeving.Kennis van lokale/nationale cannabisregelgeving.

Licenties&Certificeringen

In staat om een VOG (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag) te verkrijgen. Geldig Nederlands rijbewijs.

The Opportunity

As a Head Grower, your experience and passion will help you to lead our indoor cannabis cultivation operations. Your deep horticultural knowledge, proven experience in high-quality crop production, and strong leadership skills will allow you to manage your successful team to drive consistent yields. This is a hands-on, strategic role responsible for overseeing the entire plant lifecycle and optimizing every stage from propagation to post-harvest

What You'll Do

Lead all aspects of indoor cannabis cultivation operations including propagation, vegetative growth, flowering, integrated pest management, and harvesting. Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, compliance, and product quality. Manage and mentor cultivation staff; assign tasks, oversee schedules, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.Monitor environmental conditions (lighting, CO2, temperature, humidity, etc.) and make data-driven decisions to optimize plant health and yields. Maintain accurate records of plant health, growth cycles, nutrient schedules, and pest control measures. Collaborate with post-harvest, genetics, and processing teams to align production goals with company objectives.Track and report KPIs, production metrics, and crop performance to leadership. Ensure all activities are performed with a strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.

Supportive Functions

In addition to the performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the requirements of the company.

Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all cultivation practices meet state and local regulations. Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices to continually improve operations.

Safety Requirements

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required when performing work duties that may have the potential of risk to your health or safety. The Company will provide the required PPE. Employees will be trained in the proper use and care of any assigned PPE. It is your responsibility to report defective, damaged or lost PPE, or equipment that does not fit properly to your Supervisor.

This position operates in a professional office environment as well as a cultivation environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Some heavy lifting may be required. Bending and stretching will be required.

Education

What You Bring

Degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Science, or related field preferred.

Experience

5+ years of experience working in a nursery of greenhouse. Experience scaling grow operations or managing large indoor facilities. Understanding of genetics, tissue culture, and phenohunting processes. Experience with modern cultivation systems in a high tech controlled indoor environment.

Strong leadership and organizational skills; able to manage a team and multiple grow rooms simultaneously. High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset.Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of local/state cannabis cultivation regulations and compliance requirements.

Licenses and Certifications

Able to obtain a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) from the Dutch government. Valid Dutch Driver’s License
