We are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Tax Advisor to help start up and expand this location. A spider in the web who combines subject knowledge with vision, customer focus and digital affinity.This role is available for both self-employed and salaried professionals. What will you do?·You will be the face of Blue Umbrella in the Northern Netherlands. ·You will work in a national team on a client portfolio focused on international individuals&entrepreneurs.·You will provide strategic tax advice (income tax, VPB, VAT, payroll). ·You work on national tax issues with a focus on internationally traveling people. ·You recognize the tax challenges surrounding cross-border work and apply your knowledge of (bilateral) treaties to avoid double taxation.·You see the challenge and pleasure in simplifying Dutch law and making it understandable for an international audience, where social involvement and client focus go hand in hand. ·You will lead and coach junior tax specialists and trainees. ·You will help grow the office to an independent office with 8 employees within 1 year.·You will work in a dynamic, largely automated environment (we love smart tools!). What do you bring? University level in Tax Law or Tax Economics (or similar). At least 4 years of relevant work experience as a tax consultant, financial advisor or accountant. Knowledge of Dutch tax law. Strongcommunication skills in Dutch and English.Enterprising character: you see opportunities and seize them. Affinity with ICT and automated workflows (we work with our own platform).
