Work Abroad Opportunity– Customer Service – Lisbon, Portugal (12 Months) Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat

Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely, professional manner

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines

Document interactions and update customer records in internal systems

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues when required

Full Relocation Bonus For candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal:

Bureaucratic support to get the NIF and NISS

Assistance in finding a house according to the needs of the candidate

Relocation bonus of 2500€ (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle

€1500 gross offered to support candidates within Portugal (100Km away from Lisbon or more)

Are customer‑oriented, reliable, and eager to learn

No previous customer service experience required
