As a Head Grower, your experience and passion will help you to lead our indoor cannabis cultivation operations. Your deep horticultural knowledge, proven experience in high‑quality crop production, and strong leadership skills will allow you to manage a successful team to drive consistent yields. This is a hands‑on, strategic role responsible for overseeing the entire plant lifecycle and optimizing every stage from propagation to post‑harvest.What You’ll Do

Lead all aspects of indoor cannabis cultivation operations including propagation, vegetative growth, flowering, integrated pest management, and harvesting. Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, compliance, and product quality. Manage and mentor cultivation staff; assign tasks, oversee schedules, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.Monitor environmental conditions (lighting, CO2, temperature, humidity, etc.) and make data‑driven decisions to optimize plant health and yields. Maintain accurate records of plant health, growth cycles, nutrient schedules, and pest control measures. Collaborate with post‑harvest, genetics, and processing teams to align production goals with company objectives.Track and report KPIs, production metrics, and crop performance to leadership. Ensure all activities are performed with a strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance. Supportive Functions

Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all cultivation practices meet state and local regulations. Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices to continually improve operations. Safety Requirements

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required when performing work duties that may have the potential of risk to your health or safety. The Company will provide the required PPE. Employees will be trained in the proper use and care of any assigned PPE. It is your responsibility to report defective, damaged or lost PPE, or equipment that does not fit properly to your Supervisor.This position operates in a professional office environment as well as a cultivation environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Some heavy lifting may be required. Bending and stretching will be required.What You Bring

Education

Degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Science, or related field preferred. Experience

5+ years of experience working in a nursery or greenhouse. Experience scaling grow operations or managing large indoor facilities. Understanding of genetics, tissue culture, and phenohunting processes. Experience with modern cultivation systems in a high‑tech controlled indoor environment. Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Ability

Mastery of English and Dutch, both verbal and written.Deep knowledge of plant biology, nutrient management, environmental controls, pest and disease mitigation, and post‑harvest processes. Familiarity with cultivation software, data tracking systems, and environmental control systems (e.g., Argus, Priva, GrowLink, Ridder, etc.). Strong leadership and organizational skills; able to manage a team and multiple grow rooms simultaneously.High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and a data‑driven mindset. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of local/state cannabis cultivation regulations and compliance requirements. Licenses and Certifications

Able to obtain a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) from the Dutch government. Valid Dutch Driver’s License
