About the Role As a Sales Development Executive (SDE), you are responsible for the initial phase of our commercial growth. You have a natural ``sales‑hunter`` mentality and serve as our door opener in key international markets such as DACH and France. Your self‑igniting spirit identifies opportunities and starts conversations. Your goal is to build a high‑quality pipeline and act as a professional sparring partner, explaining our platform‑first approach to business owners and technical directors. You will be part of a commercial team where results matter, communication is direct, and your contribution to revenue growth is clearly visible.

What you will be expected to do

Inside Sales&Lead Generation

Proactively call potential customers (warm and cold leads)

Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team

Initialize Relationship Building

Build trust with customers through frequent, clear, and enthusiastic communication

Represent Omnidots professionally and convincingly in every interaction

Documentation&CRM

Accurately document customer interactions, leads, and follow‑ups

Ensure transparency and alignment with sales and customer success colleagues

Requirements&Skills Hard Requirements

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

German and/or French is required (spoken is essential); mastering both is a very strong-plus

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience in inside sales, customer success, account management, and international B2B outbound calling is essential

Soft Skills

Strong verbal communicator who enjoys calling and engaging with people

Persuasive, confident, and comfortable handling objections

Proactive mindset with commercial awareness

Resilient, energetic, and motivated by targets and results

Team player who collaborates easily with sales and customer success colleagues

What we offer

Salary indication: Range:€3.400 - €5.000

Hours: 40

Required Experience: 2-5 years
