About the Role As a BDR at Doxis, you’re the front line of our sales engine.

You’ll proactively prospect new business, identify decision‑makers at target accounts, and start meaningful conversations with companies that can benefit from our AI‑powered document intelligence solutions.

You’ll also qualify inbound leads, but the heart of the role is outbound: building pipeline from scratch. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities, and you’ll have real ownership over how we refine our outbound playbook.

We give you space to take initiative, use AI tools to work smarter, and grow into a skilled sales professional— with a clear path toward an Account Executive role.

Groningen What you’ll be doing

Proactively research and reach out to target companies and decision‑makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Run discovery calls to qualify both outbound prospects and inbound leads

Understand prospects’ challenges and match them with the right Doxis solution

Book qualified meetings and hand them off cleanly to Account Executives

Accurately log all activity in our CRM (Pipedrive)

Test new outreach angles, share what works, and help shape our outbound strategy

Who you are

Proactive, results‑driven, and resilient — you don’t mind picking up the phone

Strong communicator, both written and verbal

Genuinely curious about tech and motivated by a career in sales

Comfortable working independently while contributing to a tight team

Experience in a commercial or client‑facing role is a plus, but not required

Fluent in English; Dutch, German, or another European language is a strong plus
