IT Engineer– Information Systems Join Bosan as an IT Engineer. You will be part of the Information Systems department and will play a key role in the deployment of a Group ERP within the subsidiary, working in a dynamic SME environment.

Supporting end users in expressing their business needs and translating them into clear functional and technical requirements

Contributing to the drafting of functional and technical specifications

Participating in data migration and data consistency checks

Taking part in technical workstreams, including developments and system interfaces

Assisting in the preparation of technical documentation and user procedures

Planning and supporting the training of end users

Ensuring proper implementation and adoption of defined business processes and data flows

Providing first-level functional support to local teams, in close coordination with Group IT, primarily in English

Qualifications

You are currently enrolled in an engineering school or university program specializing in Information Systems, Computer Science, or ERP systems

You have a strong interest in ERP projects, business processes, and information systems within an international environment

You are comfortable working in a cross-functional and multicultural context

You have good analytical skills and enjoy interacting with business users

You are fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Dutch or German is a plus

You are autonomous, curious, well-organized, and eager to learn
