Team Leader

to help us grow the Water Systems team further. As a Team Leader, you will work on issues across the full breadth of the field and receive the freedom to shape your own team. Our Water Systems team operates within the fields of surface water, geohydrology, and urban water and provides services for both internal and external clients. The Water Systems team is part of the Hydraulic Engineering sector. You will work closely with the other team leaders within this sector to develop and implement the strategy further.What do we expect of you? You have a higher vocational/university level degree (HBO/WO) in Water Management or Civil Engineering (or similar) and at least seven years of experience in water systems. You have experience in leading projects and providing substantive consultancy within the field of water systems, and you have excellent communication skills. In addition, you have experience leading a team or the ambition to do so. Your extensive network paves the way for you to score new assignments for your team.What can you expect from us?
