Business Development Manager
to drive growth, expand our customer base, and maximise revenue across European markets. What You’ll Do
Partner with clients, understand their goals, and propose tailored VISIT solutions Own the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closing Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy Collaborate closely with Product Management and cross-functional teamsAchieve new business revenue targets and manage a healthy sales pipeline Represent VISIT by GES at key industry events and trade shows What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in business development, or commercial roles Proven success managing full sales cycles and closing high-value deals Experience in events and/or tech-enabled businesses Strong commercial thinking, financial forecasting, and analytical skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable presenting to groups and engaging with varied stakeholders Ability to travel (approx. 20%) across Europe A proactive, ambitious approach with a passion for the events industry Why Join Us
