Software Project Engineer (english version), Halfweg

Your day as a Software Engineer You are responsible for all software and control related issues during the engineering phase, assembly, testing, and commissioning of the End‑Of‑Line machine for a manufacturer of meal salads. This includes writing software for machine control, control panels, robot control, servo and safety systems.

Typical tasks include testing automated palletizing systems, debugging software errors, and traveling abroad to install and commission equipment.

Qualifications

HBO diploma in Industrial Automation or Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

3‑5 years of experience in servo control, robot and PLC software

Willingness to spend 30‑50% of your time abroad for work

Go‑getter attitude and ability to push projects through

Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
