Join our team as a
Field Service Engineer-Cargo Inspection Systems
and play a key role in delivering world‑class technical service while representing our brand with professionalism and expertise. You will ensure the performance and reliability of advanced X‑ray cargo and vehicle inspection systems, combining strong technical skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
You will be providing support to our clients in the region of the south of the Netherlands and Belgium.
Due to the sensitive nature of the work involved, we can only consider applicants that are eligible for the Dutch security clearance, sponsorship is not available.
What you will do:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high‑energy scanning systems.
Conduct site audits, manage spare‑parts inventory, and support system performance improvements.
Assist with new system installations, including factory and on‑site commissioning.
Provide on‑call and remote technical support on a rotating basis.
Contribute to continuous improvement of service operations, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure strict adherence to EHS standards and company quality procedures.
What You Bring
Experience as an FSE (installation, maintenance, repair) and strong customer‑service background.
Solid skills in electrical/electromechanical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and reading schematics.
Knowledge of PLC systems, automation, sensors, actuators, and radiation‑safety principles.
Basic networking understanding (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switches, firewalls).
Good command of Windows environments, diagnostic tools, and remote‑support software.
Strong analytical abilities, autonomy, initiative, and customer orientation.
Fluent in
English and Dutch
languages (spoken and written). French language skills are nice to have.
Driving licence.
