About the Role We are hiring an

Inflight Catering Chef

to operate our inflight catering kitchen and ensure that passengers at 30,000 feet enjoy quality meals. The role involves preparing, assembling, and portioning meals for international airlines.

Responsibilities

Prepare high‑quality dishes according to recipes and strict standards

Work with fresh ingredients and ensure top‑notch presentation

Maintain hygiene and food safety according to HACCP and guidelines

Collaborate closely with fellow chefs and production staff

Keep calm, focused and quality‑driven in a fast‑paced environment

Qualifications

A completed culinary degree or proven experience as a chef

Passion for cooking and strong attention to detail

Experience in hospitality, catering or food production

Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends

A team‑oriented mindset and positive attitude
