Join our vibrant team in Lijnden as an After Sales Specialist and be part of something extraordinary! In this position, you will have a central role in managing the entire repair flow and customer communication for the servicing of all Breitling models. Your main objective is to guard the process flow and communicate with stakeholders.

Your contribution

You will provide customer service.

You will register incoming watches.

You will communicate via email and phone with dealers and customers.

You will handle administrative flows.

You will send price estimates.

You will invoice repairs.

You will work with multiple systems and processes.

You will execute service policies.

You will support technical questions.

You will support dealers and customers.

Qualifications

You have an interest in fine mechanics and/or watches.

You have experience with process flows.

You are detail‑oriented and can think several steps ahead.

You speak Dutch and English fluently; knowledge of French is a plus.
