Product Manager Home Appliances (Built-in), Schiphol

At Samsung, we are looking for someone who can translate technical product knowledge and market insights into real business impact within our Home Appliances division.

This role focuses on Built-in appliances (kitchen integration products), a category where product expertise and market understanding are key. You will operate in a Benelux setup, collaborating with more stakeholders than in a local role.

How You Make a Difference As Product Manager Home Appliances (Built-in), you are responsible for the development and performance of a dedicated product group within the Benelux market. You work on a portfolio where you balance product strategy, availability, and commercial performance.

You translate market data and insights into actionable plans and ensure strong execution across the organization. In this role, you collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, while regularly collaborating with stakeholders across both the Netherlands and Belgium.

With your analytical mindset and technical affinity, you ensure that decisions are data-driven and commercially sound, playing a key role in accelerating the growth of the Built-in category, a strategic priority for the coming years.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage multiple Built-in Home Appliances product groups

Optimize category profitability through pricing, promotions, and investment decisions

Translate market insights into product strategy, positioning, and growth plans

Coordinate go-to-market activities including product launches, promotions, and campaigns

Monitor and manage forecasting, stock levels, and product availability

Analyze market and performance data (e.g. GfK, sell-in/sell-out) to drive optimization

Ensure consistent brand positioning in line with Samsung guidelines

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams

Align with stakeholders across the Netherlands and Belgium, including regular on-site collaboration

Support reporting and strategic alignment within the Benelux organization

Your team As Product Manager, you will be part of the Home Appliances team and report into the Product Management structure within Samsung Benelux. You will work closely with experienced colleagues across different disciplines and play a central role in connecting teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

What Are Your Assets You are someone who thinks ahead, takes ownership, and understands the bigger picture. You are comfortable working with technical products and know how to translate data into commercial actions.

A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Around 2 years of relevant experience in product marketing, category management, or a commercial role

Affinity with technical products; experience or interest in Home Appliances (Built-in is a strong plus)

Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel and reporting tools

Structured, proactive, and able to work independently

Strong stakeholder management skills in a corporate environment

Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus

This role is based in the Netherlands and requires travel to Belgium at least once every two weeks
