We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer L3 with strong expertise in ServiceNow SAM (Software Asset Management) and ITOM (IT Operations Management). The candidate must be able to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and user stories, and independently implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.The focus will be on integrations, discovery, and optimization of the existing ServiceNow environment.
Mandatory Requirements Strong knowledge of and proven experience with: ServiceNow SAM ServiceNow ITOM
Experience with: ITOM Discovery Agent Client Collector (ACC)
Experience translating: Functional requirements Technical specifications User stories
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including: Oracle Microsoft Entra ID (SSO) Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform IBM / Red Hat SAP ABAP SAP SuccessFactors GitHub
Additional requirements: Experience managing permissions/configurations for patterns and data collection within ITOM Discovery Knowledge of integrations with: Jira Confluence Miro DocuSign Slack Experience migrating from Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions to direct ServiceNow integrations is a plus
Scope of Work The consultant will work on the implementation roadmap within SAM&ITOM, including: High Priority Oracle integration to ensure agents receive the appropriate permissions to execute patterns and collect data Integration with an SSO provider to enable software usage visibility across all connected applications Microsoft Entra ID integration Integrations with:Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform IBM / Red Hat SAP ABAP SAP SuccessFactors GitHub Implementation of ITOM Discovery using Agent Client Collector (ACC)
Low Priority Enhancements to existing integrations: Miro Jira Confluence DocuSign Slack Migration from Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions to direct ServiceNow integrations
