As an Order Management Coordinator, you are the central point of contact for customer orders— owning the full order lifecycle from creation through to delivery. You bring a working knowledge of supply chain processes, feel comfortable navigating internal systems and data, and know how to troubleshoot issues before they escalate.In this role, you work closely with cross-functional teams to keep orders on track and customers informed. You build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders, and you take pride in meeting SLAs and hitting key performance targets. Clear, proactive communication and consistent execution are what make you successful here.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Execution of Client Service order fulfillment process: Own customer engagement on order status and deliveries for a specific set of customers Manage an order book for a set of customers Processing of internal orders and reservation management Coordinates the order fulfillment process, which may include all activities from quote to complete delivery of product as dictated by the scope of the programClose engagement with cross functional teams to address issues and drive process improvements Active problem solving in case of issues Maintaining accurate dates in Oracle Reporting and Data Analysis KPI and metrics management Communicates regularly with the lab and warehouse staff to ensure timely product deliveryClose working relationship with Program Management team to align on customer expectation Execution of customer service activities, such as returns, replacements, inventory discrepancies Ability to read, write, and understand general work instruction processes Perform other job-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: HBO Degree and/or 1-2 years of experience within similar position Familiarity or affinity with
AI tools Displays all required WWT core value traits Excellent internal and external customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication Self-motivated with high productivity skills Good organizational and time management skills ERP experience Ability to generate and implement process improvement ideasAnalytical skill set with focus on critical thinking Ability to accept direction and meet deadlines
