The Position As Financial Controller, you play a key role in supporting the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organization. You work closely with multiple departments, including operations and commercial teams, and help translate financial performance into meaningful business insights.You are someone who enjoys digging deeper into numbers, understanding the story behind the data, and improving processes where possible. The role offers a combination of financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and business partnering in a complex operational environment.

Responsibilities Assisting with monthly and annual closing activities; Preparing financial reports, dashboards, and management analyses; Monitoring cash flow and supporting liquidity management; Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities; Assisting with financing-related projects and external reporting requirements;Identifying opportunities for process improvements and smarter ways of working through automation and technology.

Profile Completed Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a similar field; Approximately 1–5 years of relevant working experience; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Hands-on mentality and proactive working style; Interest in sustainability, industrial markets, or circular businessmodels is a strong plus;Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment; Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
