The Role We’re looking for a

Demand Generation Specialist (B2B SaaS | Hospitality Tech)

who sits at the intersection of

marketing and sales

— driving content and campaigns that generate leads, engage prospects, and support deal conversion. This is a

hands-on, ownership-driven role

where you don’t wait for direction — you create, test, and scale what works.

What you’ll own Full-funnel

demand generation strategy&execution Multi-channel campaigns:

paid media, LinkedIn, email, webinars, content syndication MQL→ SQL pipeline growth

and conversion optimization Lead generation programs (inbound + outbound) with Sales alignment Marketing automation&CRM ownership (HubSpot)

including attribution and reporting Landing pages, nurture flows, and conversion-focused assets Continuous optimization based on

CPL, CAC, pipeline velocity&conversion rates

What we’re looking for 4+ years in

B2B content / demand generation (SaaS preferred) Strong

LinkedIn + paid campaigns + email marketing (HubSpot) Proven ability to create content that

drives pipeline&revenue Analytical mindset +

self-starter energy
