What You’ll Be Doing As a Business Controller, you’ll act as a key financial partner across our operations — from production to sales and supply chain. You’ll provide good insights, challenge the status quo, and help shape decisions that impact our bottom line.

Monthly reporting and performance analyses with a focus on operational KPIs, cost control, and profitability.

Supporting margin analysis across product lines, customer segments, and distribution channels.

Driving improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis— with a strong link to operational drivers.

Collaborating closely with production, logistics, and sales to align financial insights with real‑world execution.

Taking the lead in optimizing financial processes, controls, and system use (ERP: Navision/D365).

Partnering in investment cases, business cases, and continuous improvement projects across departments.

Proactively identifying financial risks and opportunities in the supply chain and market dynamics.

What You Bring

A completed HBO or WO degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in a controlling or financial business partner role, ideally in a production, logistics, or commercial setting.

Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business advice.

Experience working closely with operational teams— you speak both “finance” and “shop floor.”

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a confident, pro‑active approach.

Strong Excel skills required; experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Navision is a plus.

Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
