Shared Services Leading Change
team.
In this pivotal role, you’ll guide large-scale transformation initiatives across business and IT, working closely with stakeholders at every level — from Business and Value Stream Managers to Product Owners and Agile/DevOps teams. You’ll operate within a
SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
environment, helping to shape and deliver strategic epics that drive real business value.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate epics from definition to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Work with stakeholders to define business impact, costs, and benefits.
Support prioritization of epic-related features and manage dependencies.
Ensure smooth implementation and handover into the organization.
Report on progress and communicate outcomes effectively across teams.
Your background:
HBO/WO working and thinking level.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an
Epic Owner
or
Project Lead
in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
Strong understanding of
Agile, DevOps , and
SAFe methodologies .
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and maintain structure under pressure.
Broad IT experience; program management experience is a plus.
Knowledge of the
pensions
sector is advantageous.
