In this role, you’ll lead by example, inspire your team to deliver top‑notch performance, and play a key role in optimizing logistics processes. What you do on a typical day

Manage team performance; develop associates by providing training and coaching Manage a team of coordinators both FTE and Flex staff Instruct, inform and support the employees of the department so that the work is carried out safely, efficiently and correctly, in accordance with the applicable standards (including KPIs and productivities)Maintain a safe work environment with a positive team dynamic Lead start‑up activities with cross‑functional teams Make recommendations regarding new hires, terminating contracts, performance evaluations and promotions Ensure that documents and work instructions of processes are up to date and are being followed by the departmentContinually strive to improve the processes of your department What you need to succeed at GXO

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within Logistics Good communication skills at multiple levels in English; Dutch is an added advantage Enthusiastic and flexible attitude with a self‑starting ability Knowledge of office software and WMS functionality Ability to quickly understand processes and continuously improve themA motivating leadership style that energizes and engages larger teams Flexibility to work in a 2‑shift system (6:00–15:00 / 15:00–00:00), including alternate Saturdays, within a 40‑hour working week A ‘can‑do’ attitude with a creative mind What we offer you
