What you need to succeed at GXO
A college degree, preferably complemented by a logistics‑focused education
At least 3 years of experience leading teams in a warehouse environment with particular focus on 3PL and automation an advantage

A‘can‑do’ attitude with a creative mind
What we offer you
A workplace within the warehouse of a major retail chain, giving you exposure to a large, fast‑moving logistics environment
A dynamic organization where your ideas matter and there’s plenty of room for personal input and growth
