As a Key Account Manager for the North of the Netherlands at HOERBIGER BENELUX, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success by delivering high-performance solutions for industrial reciprocating compressors. You will foster long-term relationships with end users, aligning their operational goals with innovative service and product offerings in energy efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. Your mission is to maximize business impact by developing tailored strategies that enhance performance and reduce environmental impact.

How you will make a difference

Develop and execute account strategies

to support customers' reliability, sustainability, and decarbonization goals.

Identify new business opportunities

and proactively manage the sales funnel, including forecasting and CRM updates.

Engage with key stakeholders

through regular visits to understand needs, present solutions, and maintain strong relationships.

Promote HOERBIGER’s portfolio , including compressor valves, rings, packings, and advanced environmental solutions.

Ensure commercial excellence

by meeting order entry targets, optimizing pricing strategies, and securing long‑term agreements.

What you should be good at

Technical expertise in rotating/reciprocating machinery

– ideally in O&G, technical gases, or hydrogen industries.

Strategic sales and relationship management

– ability to develop trust‑based partnerships and drive business growth.

Solution‑oriented mindset

– strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and adaptability skills.

Effective communication&presentation skills

– articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in Dutch and English.

Proficiency in digital tools

– MS Office, CRM systems, and forecasting tools.
