NES Fircroft is supporting a leading global organization in the search for an experienced

Revenue Recognition Consultant . In this role, you will act as a subject-matter expert, supporting audit processes and ensuring compliance with

IFRS 15

standards. You will play a key role in leading revenue recognition assessments, working closely with auditors and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, efficient, and timely outcomes. The position also involves leveraging advanced analytics and automation tools, alongside developing a deep understanding of entity-specific revenue recognition frameworks.

Key Responsibilities Execute revenue recognition testing in accordance with

IFRS 15

requirements Provide, review, and validate documentation required for audit processes Analyze customer contracts and transactions to identify exceptions, discrepancies, or risks Develop and apply an understanding of company-specific revenue recognition policies and procedures Act as the primary point of contact for revenue recognition matters during audit cyclesCoordinate testing activities and ensure timely delivery of outputs Utilize internal technologies, data models, and automation tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, Commercial, IT) to resolve issues and interpret policy applicationsApply audit methodologies aligned with leading professional services standards (e.g., Big Four practices)

About You Strong experience in

revenue recognition and IFRS 15 Background working with or supporting audit engagements Ability to analyze complex contracts, datasets, and accounting scenarios Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment Experience with data analytics tools and automation is highly desirable
