Financial Administrative Assistant– Limburg, Heerlen

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an accurate and experienced Financial Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for various financial administrative tasks. What makes this role unique is the requirement for an affinity with welding processes and the ability to read technical drawings. This enables you to better place financial data within the context of production and quality processes. Quality and reliability are paramount to our client, making you an essential link in guaranteeing efficient and error‑free administration.Responsibilities

Maintaining, checking, and processing financial data such as invoices, and accounts receivable/payable. Supporting month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing procedures. Preparing and managing reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring accurate administrative processing of production and material costs, including linking financial data to the technical aspects of the production process.Assisting in the implementation and improvement of internal control processes regarding quality and cost management.
