Responsibilities
Creating and verifying export documents (mainly in SAP)
Creating and verifying transport labels/AWBs and pre-alerts
Checking for errors and missing items in digital invoices (GFMS)
Emailing export documents to carriers (UPS, FedEx)
Archiving sets of export documents

Gross salary of€15.87 per hour
Travel expense reimbursement of€0.23 per kilometer, up to a maximum of 20 kilometers
Shift allowance
Full-time job of 40 hours per week
Temporary employment contract through Manpower

Working Hours The working hours in this full-time role are during the day shift between 8:30 and 20:00, with two evening shifts. If you work after 18:00, you’ll receive a 30% allowance.
Requirements
At least MBO level work and thinking capacity
Availability of 40 hours per week
Work experience in customs import and export documentation
Good command of English, written and spoken, for communication with colleagues and customers
Strong computer skills
Flexibility regarding working hours
