Administrative Assistant Logistics&Customs . In this role, you will use your experience with customs documentation to prepare and process import and export papers, support compliance and help ensure smooth international shipments. Responsibilities

Creating and verifying export documents (mainly in SAP)

Creating and verifying transport labels/AWBs and pre-alerts

Checking for errors and missing items in digital invoices (GFMS)

Emailing export documents to carriers (UPS, FedEx)

Archiving sets of export documents

Benefits

Gross salary of€15.87 per hour

Travel expense reimbursement of€0.23 per kilometer, up to a maximum of 20 kilometers

Shift allowance

Full-time job of 40 hours per week

Working Hours The working hours in this full-time role are during the day shift between 8:30 and 20:00, with two evening shifts. If you work after 18:00, you’ll receive a 30% allowance.

Requirements

At least MBO level work and thinking capacity

Availability of 40 hours per week

Work experience in customs import and export documentation

Good command of English, written and spoken, for communication with colleagues and customers

Strong computer skills

Flexibility regarding working hours
