Warehouse Leader

for our expanding operations in

What you do on a typical day Manage team performance; develop associates by providing training and coaching Manage a team of coordinators both FTE and Flex staff Instruct, inform, and support the employees of the department, so that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and correctly, in accordance with the applicable standards (including KPI’s and productivities)Maintain a safe work environment with a positive team dynamic Lead start-up activities with cross functional teams Make recommendations regarding new hires, terminating contracts, performance evaluations and promotions Ensure that documents work instructions of processes are up to date and are being followed by the departmentContinually strive to improve the processes of your department

What do you need to succeed at GXO You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, within Logistics You have good communication skills at multiple levels in English, Dutch is an added advantage You have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude with a self-starting ability You have good knowledge of office software and WMS functionalityThe ability to quickly understand processes and continuously improve them A motivating leadership style that energizes and engages larger teams Flexibility to work in a 2‑shift system (6:00–15:00 / 15:00–00:00), including alternate Saturdays, within a 40‑hour working week A ‘can-do’ attitude with a creative mind
