Registry Services Officer (School of Coding) Full Time, Permanent

This new role is directly related to the University’s partnership with the School of Coding and AI. The Registry Services Officer will manage all Registry Services processes linked to School of Coding students, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and compliance of student records to meet both internal and external statutory requirements.

The postholder will work across a number of teams, managing sensitive data, undertaking compliance checks, and ensuring that all enrolment, module, assessment and award information is accurately recorded in the Student Record System (SITS) and in systems operated by the School of Coding and AI. The role requires excellent judgement, strong organisational skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues across the University and the School of Coding.

The position is primarily based in Egmond, Shropshire, but requires a regular presence at the School of Coding Campus in Birmingham.

Experience / Qualifications Experience developing strong working relationships with colleagues and the ability to work across teams and functions. Highly motivated, excellent organisational skills, an exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to delivering a high quality and professional service to students and staff.

This position is not expected to meet the criteria required for the University to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship.
