Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Project Manager As part of our growing business, we are looking for an ILS Project Manager to join our team and support ongoing projects in Hengelo.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) strategy, ensuring all supportability requirements are identified and delivered.

Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and customer teams to integrate support needs into system design and lifecycle planning.

Oversee supportability analyses and ensure creation of technical documentation, maintenance procedures, and training materials.

Plan and manage spare parts, support equipment, and maintenance resources to meet availability and reliability targets.

Monitor compliance with applicable ILS standards and control lifecycle cost to ensure efficient, sustainable system support.

Provide training for users, maintainers and customers.

Your Profile

Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in System Engineering, Engineering Management or a relevant field.

Fluent in English AND Dutch.

Experience in systems engineering, logistics, maintenance engineering, or project management within aerospace, defense, transportation, or other complex technical industries.

Strong understanding of supportability engineering, including reliability, maintainability, LSA, FMECA, and lifecycle costing.

Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing suppliers, engineers, and customer stakeholders.

Proactive problem-solver with a focus on system availability, supportability, and lifecycle cost optimization.
