Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.What You´ll Do Cash Flow Management Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate funds for operational requirements Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting models Analyze variances in cash flow forecasts and provide actionable insights Coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams to optimize cash collection and disbursement cyclesBanking Operations Manage and reconcile daily bank transactions and balances Maintain and improve banking relationships; serve as point of contact for bank communications Oversee the opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts Ensure banking activities comply with internal controls, policies, and audit requirementsNegotiate banking fees and services to optimize costs and operational efficiency Reporting and Analysis Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly cash flow reports for management Assist with month-end close processes related to treasury activities Track and report on bank fees, interest income/expense, and service chargesTreasury Support Assist with investment of surplus funds and management of short-term borrowing facilities Support compliance with financial covenants and internal treasury policies Provide support during audits and regulatory reviews Imagine this - you're not just keeping the lights on; you're fueling a company that's building the future of flight. Requirements

What You´ll Need Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or banking operations Strong understanding of banking products, cash forecasting, and financial controls Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with TreasuryManagement Systems (TMS) or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plusExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Who You Are You're the kind of person who sees patterns in numbers and clarity in chaos.
