About The Team At the Mechanical&Electrical Engineering division, consisting of 170 experts, we develop and design cutting‑edge hardware systems for multiple applications, such as search radars, fire control radars, and combat management equipment for our customers in both Naval and Ground‑based domains.

Location: Hengelo, Netherlands

About the Department The department consists of mechanical, electrical, and Procured Parts Engineering teams, as well as our Environmental Competence Center. One of the key teams in our department is the Procured Parts Engineering team. This team of 20 highly educated specialists is responsible for:

Introducing and managing data of catalog parts in our PLM system.

Outsourcing complex hardware components/systems/assemblies and guiding suppliers through their development, design, and qualification processes to integrate them into our products.

Qualifying new or existing suppliers for new products.

Identifying, introducing, and maintaining building blocks.

As part of the Mechanical&Electrical Engineering (MEE) Management Team, you’ll collaborate closely with other engineering departments, such as System Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Test Engineering, as well as with Supply Chain Management and our own production unit. Your team will mainly partner closely with Procurement and Supply Chain, forming a triad responsible for the entire lifecycle of our procured parts.
