We provide IS/IT support to our 2500 Dutch colleagues in several Business Lines and functions. We also work closely together with the international IS/IT departments of the Thales Group. Our mission? About the assignment

The IS/IT department handles daily changes to the Thales digital landscape and infrastructure. To communicate these changes to our wide range of internal customers we have to create a variety of different communications. Varying from information bulletins, e-mails and direct chat messages or phone calls. We face the daily complexity of having to create informative announcements while reaching the right number of end-users.

You will investigate ways of streamlining this process with Generative AI. Combining existing data such as which users are impacted by which application and informing the impact of the change in a clear and informative way through the power of LLM’s. You will be building the whole solution, from aggregating the data, setting up the template to interacting with the model and integrating it with our self-service portal.

As a part of the AI Acceleration Squad within IS/IT. You will be working with other AI-minded individuals and enthusiasts to set the stage for the future adoption of AI within IS/IT.
