We are expanding the Product Line team and seeking a dynamic Services Product Manager to drive portfolio innovation, market alignment, and commercial performance across EMEA.What You’ll Do

Lead the development and implementation of Eaton’s Low Voltage Services portfolio, covering both legacy switchgear brands and new product families. Shape product roadmaps and manage lifecycle performance, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions aligned with segment strategies.Design and roll out service offerings across Low Voltage product lines, tailoring implementation plans to local market needs and capabilities. Manage service activities for legacy brands such as MODAN, Capitole 40, Unitrol, and MEMFORM, identifying improvement opportunities and applying best practices regionally.Validate service value propositions and benchmark competitors, aligning service strategy with Low Voltage Assemblies Product Line. Partner with Marketing to develop toolkits and campaigns, support operations in offer implementation, and drive innovation for Eaton’s xEnergy family, coordinating roadmap alignment with Digital, Product Management, and Key Account teams.Qualifications And Skills

University degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing experience; services business and/or switchgear experience is an advantage. Fluent in English; additional languages, especially German, are an advantage. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.Excellent communication skills and a creative, visionary approach to continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategic processes and new tools, balancing technical and commercial acumen. Strong presentation, training, and training capabilities. What We Offer

Competitive compensation and benefits package. Austria only: performance‑based salary in accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry with a gross annual salary of €59,015.46. This is a hybrid position (3/2) and is preferably based in Vienna (Austria), but we also welcome candidates located in Budapest (Hungary), Warsaw (Poland), Prague (Czech Republic), Hengelo (the Netherlands), or Bucharest (Romania).
