We do not fear to fail, as long as we can learn from it!About the assignment At Thales our IS/IT service desk is the first and second line of support towards our internal customers. You will work together with the IS/IT service desk to investigate the potential of using Generative AI to empower and streamline their daily operations. Creating a user-friendly chatbot that will help in quickly investigating tickets by aggregating data of previous tickets and diverse knowledge bases. Placing the right solution at their fingertips.You will investigate ways of data sanitation, machine learning and what it means to create a bot that people actually want to use. As a part of the AI Acceleration Squad within IS/IT. You will be working with other AI-minded individuals and enthusiasts to set the stage for the future adoption of AI within IS/IT.Pioneers wanted!
