Job Description As an Allround Production Employee at NTS Hengelo– Additive Manufacturing, you are an indispensable link in a small, close‑knit team that specializes in high‑level additive manufacturing. Your work directly impacts the quality and progress of our unique, high‑tech products for demanding customers.

You will spend the day preparing, starting, monitoring 3D printing on our machines, performing post‑processing and benchwork, monitoring product quality, supporting logistical flows, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, keeping the workplace clean and safe, and collaborating closely with colleagues to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

Relevant work experience in a technical production environment, preferably in post‑processing, benchwork or machine operation.

MBO level of work and thinking suitable for a technical production role.

Hands‑on mentality: you take initiative without waiting to be told what to do.

Flexible and versatile across multiple production tasks.

Strong sense of responsibility for quality, safety and the end result.

Team spirit and good collaboration in a small, close‑knit environment.

Good command of Dutch in speech and writing.

Salary€3,200 – €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
