About the Team Within the Surveillance&Multi-Mission segment, which is part of the Thales Naval organization, we are seeking an experienced Product Project Manager. The segment is responsible for assuring all activities related to the development and delivery of our naval and ground‑based radar systems to our customers.
About Your Future Job As Product Project Manager (PPM), you will lead a core team consisting of the Engineering Delivery Manager, Industry Work Package Manager, Procurement Project Manager, and ILS Work Package Manager. You will be responsible for the setup and execution of product projects in close cooperation with the deputy Product Line Manager. Your role includes coordinating across departments to remove obstacles, facilitating communication, and driving the project toward on‑time delivery, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.
Management of the full development cycle, including industrialization and series production phases up to delivery to the end‑customer.
Manage the Integrated Product team towards excellence in performance.
Provide controlled and predictable execution of the program.
Serve as the contact and reporting point for relevant stakeholders (product segment management and external project management).
Contribute to reviews, evaluations, and product road‑map activities.
