What You’ll Do
Own project plans, timelines, risk registers, and resource tracking like a mission commander.
Keep propulsion programs moving with weekly syncs, milestone reviews, and crystal‑clear documentation.
Act as the right hand of the Chief Engineer– translate vision into execution, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery.
Deeply engage in technical reviews, support design cycles, and understand every element of propulsion products.
Guide transitions between development phases—from CAD to test bench and beyond.
Coordinate suppliers, procurement, and, when needed, test planning.
Maintain strict change control and configuration management.
Requirements What You’ll Need
Must‑Have
A degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
At least 5 years of experience managing complex aerospace or turbomachinery projects.
Hands‑on experience with gas turbines or aircraft engines.
Proficiency with project management tools and documentation.
Strong leadership, listening, and adaptation skills in a highly technical environment.
Excellent communication of technical and schedule details.
Strong defense mindset—experience in defense programs, military environments, or highly regulated aerospace sectors is highly valued.
Deep technical involvement in design, testing, and propulsion systems; engineering first, project coordination second.
Nice‑to‑Have
Comfortable working in startup or small‑company environments.
Experience with prototypes and rapid testing loops.
Knowledge of propulsion regulations such as EASA or FAA.
