Global Account Manager– Europe

Sensata Technologies is hiring a Global Account Manager in Europe to drive strategic growth with some of the world’s most recognized commercial equipment OEMs. Job Overview

This role focuses on delivering mission‑critical, sensor‑rich solutions that support a safer, cleaner, more efficient, and increasingly electrified world. You will own global growth with TRATON SE, a major German commercial vehicle manufacturer and subsidiary of Volkswagen AG, providing a unique opportunity to operate at true globalscale.General Responsibilities

Lead the direct sales process and achieve sales targets Conduct visits to current and potential clients Perform routine account management activities Submit short- and long-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets Ensure that clients receive high‑quality customer serviceExperience and Qualifications

A university degree required (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience Team player able to work in a fast‑paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands Strong communication skills—oral, written, and presentation Strong organization, planning, and time‑management skills to achieve resultsStrong personal and professional ethical values and integrity Self‑accountable to achieving goals and standards Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and external customersWhat You’ll Do

Lead global account strategy and revenue growth with a key Tier‑1 OEM Identify and win new business involving complex, sensor‑based solutions Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across OEMs and Tier suppliers Partner closely with engineering, product, and regional sales teams to deliver customer valueWhat We’re Looking For

Proven success in global account management, sales, or business development Experience working with large OEM customers and their supplier ecosystem Strong commercial mindset combined with technical curiosity and credibility Ability to operate strategically while executing hands‑on in a matrix organizationWillingness to travel as required Equal Opportunity Employer
