Overview

MSP Talent Advisor at Randstad Sourceright, supporting a global French multinational in the deep‑tech sector. The role is part of the Client Account Management team and focuses on delivering a premium recruitment process for contingent, temporary and contract hiring. Responsibilities

Key stakeholder management and engagement. Provide specialist advice and guidance on recruitment policies, procedures and best practices. Act as point of contact for escalations and process improvement. Data capture in the Vendor Management System (Beeline) and use data for stakeholder conversations.Strategic workforce planning conversations with the client, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment end‑to‑end process. Effectively manage and utilize in‑house recruitment systems, including reporting. Manage applicant tracking system, order approval, supplier management and reporting.Attend business reviews. Qualifications

Proven temporary/contingent recruitment experience. Excellent process management and organisational skills. Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills; confident presenting to stakeholders and hiring managers. Experience using data for stakeholder conversations. Ability to work autonomously.Experience with VMS systems such as Beeline or Fieldglass. Written and verbal business fluency in Dutch and English. Flexibility to visit the office in Huizen and occasionally Hengelo. Benefits
