In this role, you will play a key role in demonstrating that highly sophisticated systems perform as intended, not just in theory, but in real operational conditions.You operate systems as an end user would, in controlled test environments, and translate real-world test data into clear conclusions about performance, compliance, and customer expectations. Acting as the critical link between development teams and customers.

What you’ll be doing as Principal Validation&Verification Engineer:

System Evaluation&Data Analysis Analyse recorded trial and test data to determine whether system behaviour meets technical specifications and operational expectations Draw evidence‑based conclusions using quantitative analysis and engineering judgement Produce

clear, high‑quality evaluation and acceptance reports

for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Verification, Troubleshooting&Root Cause Analysis Identify, classify, and localise issues in complex, multi‑disciplinary systems Perform

in‑depth root cause analysis

and propose effective corrective actions Support development teams with technically grounded feedback Test Planning&Execution Define and execute system‑level and subsystem‑level verification activities Develop Factory and Site Acceptance Test plans

(FAT/SAT),

including detailed test cases Translate customer and contractual requirements into executable test procedures Conduct tests using real operational targets and scenarios Tooling&Automation Develop, maintain, and improve MATLAB‑based analysis tools and test automation scripts Increase efficiency, repeatability, and insight in the verification process Customer&Stakeholder Interface Align closely with customers on verification strategy, test scope, and expectations Act as the technical authority during acceptance activities Perform on‑site validation activities at customer locations worldwide

What you need to be successful as Principal Validation&Verification Engineer:

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field Solid experience in verification, validation, testing, or system evaluation of complex technical systems Strong programming and data analysis skills, particularly in

MATLAB Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills Fluent in English (Dutch is preferred) Willingness to travel

for test and acceptance activities

Preferred background: Radar Technology (highly preferred) RF Systems Aerospace Systems Defence, or safety‑critical environments
